T-Mobile is rolling fiber coast to coast. Every metro they’ve turned on is a market we recruit in.

Door 1 · New to the doors
Real curriculum: pitch videos, scripts, word tracks, and objection-handling drills. Fiber is a clean sell, so most first-time reps are on real doors fast.
Run the script. Take feedback. The doors do the talking.
Get Trained. Start Here.Door 2 · Already a closer
If you’ve already worked the doors (fiber, solar, pest, alarms), you don’t start at the bottom. Hit numbers in your first weeks and the city of your choice opens up: roster slots, protected territory, and a higher pay structure.
We provide training, territory plans, and a clear pay structure. You determine the ceiling.
Claim Your CityIf you’re going to knock doors for a living, pick the product that’s winning.
A five-figure decision at the door. Financing falls through, installs drag for months, and comp plans hold your money long enough to claw it back. When it lands, it pays. The problem is everything between the yes and the check.
Saturated turf, contract-heavy sells, and a summer-blitz culture: move states, sell hard, and hope the account survives the cancel window. These industries work. They’ve just been worked for twenty years.
Nobody’s deciding whether to have internet, just who to pay for it. Faster product, usually a lower bill, twenty-minute close, install inside days, commission on the install. No financing to fall through.
And fiber is the industry that’s still growing. T-Mobile is rolling fiber coast to coast, and every metro they turn on is streets that have never been knocked for it. Ground-floor turf like this doesn’t stay ground-floor. The reps who build in it now are the ones running teams in it later.
Switching Industries? Talk to UsThe Rep Portal
Every rep gets a login. Your installs, your pipeline, and your pay statement for every payday: the same numbers we run payroll on, updated as the installs land. Pay drops every two weeks on installs that closed clean.
Most door-to-door shops make you text a manager to find out what you’re owed. Here you open the app.

We tell you the structure on day one; your work tells the story. Everything a rep needs to actually win, nothing else.

Commission
Quotas, caps,
or ceilings
Commission paid every two weeks on completed installs. If a customer cancels inside the 120-day window, that one deal comes back off a check; after that, it is locked. No quarterly clawbacks designed to bury you.
Each rep gets defined territory inside an active T-Mobile fiber footprint. No stacking reps on the same street, and we don’t take turf back to hand to the next guy. Your turf is assigned to you by name in the same system that runs your pay, so there’s never a question of whose street is whose.
You learn the exact pitch that is working on doors right now, drill it until it is yours, and get feedback after real shifts, not a webinar and a wish of luck.
Lead routing, install scheduling, and your own pay portal. You knock; the system handles the rest.
Every rung is named. The last one is partnership.
DAY-ONE EARNER
Knock T-Mobile fiber territories. Close customers in person. Bi-weekly pay on completed installs.
+ OVERRIDE
Build and lead a small team. Earn override on every install your reps close. Your check starts scaling with your team's installs, not just your own.
RUN THE MARKET
Run a market as the named operator. Recruit, train, and lead the roster. Your market, your production, your P&L.
Partnership
Already proven in the field? Step in as a metro's operator from day one. We carry the contracts, the tech, and the back office; you run the floor.

We move fast. Here’s the whole thing.
Name and phone. Thirty seconds, resume optional.
Someone from RCLX reaches out within 24 hours on weekdays.
About a week to get trained and credentialed through the hub.
You’re in territory with a team and a system behind you, not figuring it out alone.
1099 contractor. You’re an independent rep with full control over your schedule. We send a year-end 1099 form for taxes; you handle estimated quarterlies on your own (most reps work with a CPA after year one).
No. RCLX is 100% commission on completed installs. No salary, no caps, no quotas designed to wash you out. The trade-off is honesty: your work decides the number on the check.
Bi-weekly. Commission calculates on installs that closed clean during the prior pay window. First deposit timing is typically 13–27 days, depending on where your install lands in the bi-weekly window.
Straight answer: you are paid once the install completes. If that customer cancels within 120 days of the install, the commission for that one deal comes back off your next check. It is not a separate bill; it just reduces your next deposit. After 120 days the deal is locked and it is yours for good. We tell you the window on day one so nothing catches you by surprise.
Real curriculum, not a slide deck: pitch videos, scripts, word tracks, and objection-handling drills. Fiber is a clean sell, so first-time reps tend to ramp fast.
We focus on long-term presence in markets: most reps work the city they live in, so the day-to-day is your normal commute. When we run a blitz in a new market, RCLX often covers housing. Reps cover their own gas and food in their home market; many of those expenses are deductible at tax time.
That’s Door 1. The program takes you from first script read to real doors with a team around you, not a clipboard and a good-luck. Fiber is a much cleaner sell than solar or pest, so first-timers ramp faster than you’d expect.
No quota whip. We coach. If pay is structurally off (wrong territory, wrong fit, wrong product), we adjust. If the work isn’t there, that becomes obvious to both sides quickly. Honest evaluation, not surprise terminations.
