1. Who we are

RCLX is a door-to-door sales agency. This policy covers personal information collected through rclx.us when you interact with our recruiting site. RCLX is an independent recruiting and sales agency. RCLX and its services are not sponsored, certified, endorsed, or approved by, or affiliated with, Deutsche Telekom AG, T-Mobile USA, Inc., or their respective subsidiaries and affiliates. Nothing in this policy applies to any third party’s separate websites.

2. What we collect

The recruiting site collects only what you give us directly:

• Lead form submissions. Your name, phone number, optional email, and optionally your city / state / address. We also record the time of submission, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string for fraud and abuse triage.
• TCPA consent. When you submit the lead form you affirmatively check the consent box. We record both the fact of consent and the timestamp.
• Coverage-map interactions. If we enable analytics, the only events we record are anonymous: which counties you hovered, whether you opened the modal, and whether you submitted the form. We do not log the contents of any field you typed except on actual form submission.

3. What we do with it

• Contact you about RCLX recruiting (one initial call or text, plus follow-ups if you stay engaged).
• Match your stated city against our active build markets to route your lead to the right recruiter.
• Detect and stop spam or abusive submissions.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any product unrelated to RCLX recruiting.

4. TCPA & SMS

By submitting your phone number with the consent box checked, you agree to receive a one-time call or text from RCLX about your inquiry, and to follow-up communications if you continue the conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing us. Opt-out is processed within one business day.

5. How long we keep it

Lead-form submissions are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Logs containing only IP / user-agent are kept for 90 days for security purposes.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@rclx.us. We respond within 30 days. We do not require an account, so deletion is one-shot — once removed, your record is gone.

7. Children

The site is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we delete it immediately.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
